In Programme coverage are incorporated 10 countries from the Black Sea basin, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. The overall objective of the Programme is to improve the welfare of the people in the regions of the Black Sea basin through sustainable growth and joint protection of the environment. 

Managing Authority of the Programme is the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration of Romania, and the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of Republic Bulgaria performs the functions of National authorities and information points.

Representatives of NPO European Institute for Cultural Tourism EUREKA   participated in the conference and held meetings with potential partners from Ukraine, Turkey, Greece, Romania and Bulgaria to develop joint projects under PRIORITY 1.1 “JOINTLY PROMOTE BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE TOURISM AND CULTURAL SECTORS”.
