On 30 May 2014 Krassen Roussev and Bozhanka Dobreva from association European Institute of Cultural Tourism EUREKA participated in a meeting of leading companies and tourist associations from Varna with the Deputy Minister of Economy and Energy Branimir Botev and the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization to UN Taleb Rifai.

Were discussed the challenges and opportunities for development of spa and sea tourism and alternative forms of base rich cultural heritage. Among the participants in the meeting were representatives of Varna Tourist Chamber, Association "Union of Tourist Guides in Bulgaria", "Culture and Tourism of the Bulgarian North" Association "Varna Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers' and Executive Director of" St. Constantine and Elena " AD Elena Koseva, the Executive Director of Grand Hotel Varna Liliana Terzieva and others.
